Terms and Conditions
1. General
Welcome to Indigo Witch. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not use this website.
2. Spiritual Life Coaching
- Booking and Usage: All Spiritual Life Coaching sessions must be used within two months of the booking date. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and no refunds will be provided.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, excluding cases of illness or trauma affecting the client or their family, will result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
3. Psychic Readings
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled reading. If a cancellation is made on the day of the reading, only a 50% refund will be provided.
- Package of Three Psychic Readings: The package of three Psychic Readings must be used by the purchaser within 12 months from the date of purchase. These readings are non-transferable and will expire after one year.
4. Spirit Messages
- Monthly Spirit Messages: Monthly audio recordings will be sent prior to the 28th day of each month.
- Special Spirit Messages: Special audio recordings for events such as Mother's Day, Christmas, etc., will be sent on the designated date specified in the product information.
5. Packages
- Usage and Refund Policy: Packages that include multiple elements (e.g., sessions, readings, messages) will not be refunded once any single element of the package has been used or sent.
6. Refunds and Rescheduling
- Spiritual Life Coaching: Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled without penalty. No refunds will be given for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice unless it falls under the exceptions of illness or trauma.
- Psychic Readings: Readings cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled or refunded in full. Readings cancelled on the day will be eligible for only a 50% refund.
- Spirit Messages: Due to the nature of audio recordings, refunds are not available for Spirit Messages once they have been sent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The services provided are for guidance and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided during sessions and readings. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on the guidance received.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
